- All tours require a minimum participation of 4 guests and a maximum of 10 guests. Cooking classes can accept maximum 8 persons
n case that minimum participation is not reached ,Corfu Outdoor has the right to cancel the tour(for refunds and deadline please read our Cancelation Policy).Itineraries may be subject to minor changes or cancellation depending on weather conditions. - For groups more than 10 persons rates are On Request.
- All participants in the outdoor tours will be offered an organic cereal bar and a 500ml bottle of water.Languages: All tours are operated in English and in Greek. There is possibility for German or French upon request, subject to availability for groups of 6 or more persons.
- Coffee or refreshment break exists in all tours – rate is NOT INCLUDED.
- Breakfast, lunch and accommodation is included ONLY on the MAINLAND 2 DAYS tour (ON REQUEST)For the period 15/6-15/9 scheduled hiking tours will be suspended due to the heat and will be replaced by SUP & Kayak tours. For the provided period hiking tours will be ON REQUEST.
Corfu outdoor will operate one or two hiking scheduled tours per week the route of which will depend on weather conditions,guests experience,etc. If a group would like to participate on a non scheduled tour mentioned in our list, this will be ON REQUEST.
- Guests should be supplied with walking/trekking shoes,hat, sun block cream. They must be of basic/average physical condition without heart ,lungs or breathing health problems and with at least average walking ability.For any known allergy we should be informed and guests should always carry their aniti-allergy medication.
Face mask is compulsory in case of a transfer.
Guests who participate on SUP and Kayak tours must know how to swim.
Valid COVID -19 regulations and any update issued by the Hellenic Health Ministry will be fully applied and checked thoroughly at all tours and transfers.
Transportation policy
- Transportation is offered with extra charge(as indicated) for areas NORTHBOUND of Corfu town(included)as indicated on the map shown below.
For transportation from other resorts (South,West) rates are on request. - For groups more than 8 persons rates are On Request
- Transportation service includes door to door transfer(from guests accommodation or an easy accessible point to our meeting point and v.v)
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the tour due to company responsibility, weather conditions, or low clients participation, full refund(100%) will be returned to the guests.
Deadline for informing the guests is previous to the excursion day at 21.00hrs latest.
In case of cancellation due to guests responsibility ,cancelation policy will be applied as follow:
48 hours or more prior the tour, full refund will be returned.
48-24 hours prior the tour ,50% refund will be returned.
Less than 24 hours prior the tour or NON SHOW, no refund will be returned.
